Job Description

The role would require you to assist with the day-to-day operation of the payroll department. We are looking for someone who has accounting or payroll experience as he/she will be handling the preparation of staff commissions and the payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of monthly commission runs.
  • Processing and calculation of commissions, overrides, bonuses, tour/booking fees, and overtime efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure accurate application of The Group’s compensation packages and policy.
  • Timely processing and releasing of expense & business travel reimbursements.
  • Preparation of payroll reports.
  • Attending and responding to queries related to payroll.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Graduate in Accounting or any related course.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Experience in payroll or accounting is a must.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Detail-oriented.
