Plant Operations (Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure continuous supply of chilled water to customers at the required temperature.
2. Monitor and control plant operations, reporting any equipment defects or customer complaints to the supervisor.
3. Handle daily plant operations, including:
1. Water treatment reports
2. Weekly calibration of pH and conductivity meters
3. Equipment inspections and condition reporting
4. Support minor in-house maintenance activities.
4. Follow all standard operating procedures to maintain operational consistency and compliance.
5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in plant operations, preferably in the district cooling sector.
2. Familiarity with Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC systems.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to operational procedures.
4. Willingness to work in a dynamic, operations-driven environment.
