Job description

We are a fast-growing B2C eCommerce company specialising in personalised gifting, operating in seven markets : the UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands with plans to expand further in the coming months. Our products are manufactured through a network of global partners, with logistics managed via direct carriers and 3PLs. As we continue to scale, we are looking to bring automation into our operations to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.

The Role :

We’re looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to support our growing operations, logistics, and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone data-driven, highly analytical, and eager to optimise business processes in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You’ll play a key role in analysing supply chain performance, logistics costs, and process efficiencies, ensuring seamless global operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Reporting :

• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from logistics partners, 3PLs, and carriers to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop automated reports to track order fulfillment, delivery performance, and stock levels.
• Support forecasting and demand planning using historical data and market trends.

Logistics & Supply Chain Optimisation :

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of global manufacturers, direct carriers, and 3PLs.
• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and suggest automation improvements.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with logistics partners based on data insights.

Automation & Process Improvement :

• Support the implementation of AI-driven automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with the tech team to integrate real-time tracking, automated order processing, and dynamic inventory management.
• Identify areas for process automation within order fulfillment, returns, and customer service workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

• Work closely with operations, logistics, tech, and finance teams to improve order processing and fulfillment strategies.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Who You Are :

• Strong analytical and data-processing skills (Excel, Python, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools).
• Knowledge of eCommerce operations, supply chain, and logistics is a plus.
• Experience working with large datasets and drawing insights from numbers.
• Familiarity with automation tools, AI applications, or ERP systems is a bonus.
• A problem-solver with attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
