Job summary

AppliedAI, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, seeks an Associate ML Ops Engineer to support and improve the reliability of our ML platform across production, development, and staging environments.

You will collaborate with DevOps, MLOps and development teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and help maintain security and cost optimization while growing your SRE skills under senior mentors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a similar role (internships and projects considered).
• Familiarity with AWS services: Lambda, ECS, Fargate; ALB/ELB; Route53; DynamoDB; RDS; EventBridge; SNS/SQS; IAM; Secrets Manager; Systems Manager; CodeBuild/CodeDeploy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production, development and staging environments for high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps and Development teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Support observability stack and incident response processes.
• Assist capacity planning and performance optimization for scalable systems.
