Job Description

• Ability to prepare neat and accurate drawings in AutoCAD.
• Prepare drawings according to consultant or design requirements.
• Prepare MEP Modification drawings (drainage, water supply, Firefighting & HVAC).
• Should have knowledge in electrical services & able to modify the drawing.
• Able to read the Architecture and Elevation drawings.
• Prepare complete detailed shop drawings of drainage, water supply, Firefighting & HVAC using proper layers with all necessary sections & elevations by coordinating with electrical, civil & architectural teams.
• Prepare RCP layouts by coordinating with the team.
• Should have good knowledge in civil & architectural floor plans & sections to make sections for MEP services.
• Able to prepare shop drawings for site activities.
• Coordinate with site team & prepare as-built drawings as per coordinates for the project handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy in drafting and design documentation.
• Entry-level candidates with 0-2 years of relevant work experience in MEP design or drafting are preferred.
