Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking an entry-level Support Officer for Mechatronics Engineering in the UAE. You will gain hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems while supporting daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting under senior engineers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with related field preference, 0–2 years of experience, and UAE national status. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Diploma/Bachelors in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in mechatronics, automation, maintenance, or technical operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• Nationality: UAE National only.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for mechatronic systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated components).
• Assist in inspection, testing and preventive maintenance of automated equipment, control panels, motors, sensors, actuators, conveyors, and robotics.
• Support troubleshooting of electromechanical faults under supervision of senior engineers.
• Monitor system performance and report abnormalities, breakdowns or safety concerns.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, calibration, and basic programming/configuration of PLC‑controlled systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation efficiency and predictive maintenance.
