Job summary

You will support the creation of masterplans, land use layouts, and development frameworks under supervision, while contributing to drawings, diagrams, and technical documents. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Masterplanning, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing masterplans, spatial layouts, land use plans and frameworks.
• Support production of drawings, diagrams and presentation materials.
• Assist in site analysis, data collection and planning studies.
• Help prepare planning reports, narratives and technical documents.
• Coordinate with architecture, landscape and engineering teams for integrated solutions.
• Respond to comments from reviewers, clients and authorities.
• Maintain project documentation in line with procedures.
• Support the team in meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Carry out additional masterplanning tasks as directed.
