About the Role

We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager for our Daylife venue DRIFT Beach Dubai. The Marketing Executive will be involved in planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our brands. This includes admin tasks, 360 social media management, advertising online & offline, overlooking public relations and more. DRIFT Beach Dubai is a luxurious adults-only beachfront destination located at One&Only Royal Mirage. It offers a private infinity pool, elegant cabanas, and stunning views of Palm Island Bay and the Dubai skyline, ideal for a stylish and relaxed day by the sea.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Group Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and achieving objectives
  • Manages all social media platforms; creates content, drafts calendars, schedules posts, replies to messages, boosts campaigns, and tracks performance
  • Coordinates with printers, sponsors, and vendors for the production of marketing materials
  • Assists with daily marketing tasks and ongoing projects
  • Communicates marketing activations and updates across departments
  • Works with PR agency to update online listings and secure media coverage (online & offline)
  • Coordinates influencer/blogger/media invites and event support
  • Helps plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives
  • Creates and updates marketing materials (flyers, brochures, copy, etc.)
  • Prepares and submits monthly reports on activations and social media performance
  • Researches market trends and competitor activity to inform strategies
  • Maintains organized marketing folders and documentation (digital & print)
  • Keeps venue websites updated via WordPress and Squarespace
  • Places orders for marketing collateral (menus, flyers, business cards, etc.)
  • Maintains an updated calendar of marketing activations
  • Acts as liaison between Rixos and Sunset Hospitality for marketing matters
  • Strong skills required in social media, Business Manager, and digital tools
  • Open to supporting new brand launches and additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication and Business
  • Minimum 3 years in Marketing leadership role within luxury/lifestyle hospitality
  • Experience working in the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English – French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Very strong social media skills & familiar with ads/business manager
  • Excellent computer skills
