About The Role
As a Junior Marketing Manager at Blacklane, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and engaging high-value clients through strategic partnerships, events, and digital marketing initiatives. By collaborating across teams, leveraging creative storytelling, and supporting the execution of both offline and online marketing strategies, you'll help shape the future of luxury mobility while enhancing customer loyalty and brand awareness.
Your impact and responsibilities
Offline Marketing & Partnerships (Supporting the Senior Partnership Manager)
- Coordinate events and activations to engage high-value clients and partners, enhancing brand loyalty and customer experience.
- Support partnership initiatives inside and outside of the car to elevate Blacklane's luxury positioning through collaborations with premium brands, hospitality partners, and sampling campaigns.
- Assist in executing offline CRM strategies to strengthen guest loyalty and increase retention.
- Manage logistics for activations and brand collaborations to ensure seamless execution and impactful brand presence.
- Contribute to securing and managing retail space partnerships to expand Blacklane's physical touchpoints and customer engagement opportunities.
Digital Marketing (Supporting the Senior Digital Manager)
- Assist in social media content creation, scheduling, and planning to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Support influencer collaborations by sourcing and executing partnerships to increase brand visibility and credibility among target audiences.
- Write compelling copy for retention campaigns, website content, and social media to enhance customer engagement and brand storytelling.
- Help implement online CRM campaigns to foster customer retention and encourage repeat bookings.
- Support reporting for social media, retention, and acquisition efforts to track performance and optimize marketing strategies.

- 3 months: Immerse yourself in the business and role → Onboarding, meet key stakeholders, start to contribute.
- 6 months: Build confidence in your role → fully own core tasks and drive measurable impact on team and company goals. Take ownership of projects, collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives that leave a noticeable mark.
- 12 months: Scale your contributions and your expertise or leadership potential.
