Marsh invites applications for a Graduate Trainee to join the Marine team in Dubai. You will support senior brokers in cargo placements for high-value, time-critical equipment across energy, infrastructure, construction, and industrial projects, building a strong technical foundation and practical experience.

This fast-paced role provides hands-on exposure to live placements, stakeholder management, and project timelines, with a clear path for growth within a global risk and insurance leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and data handling.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Learn core marine cargo concepts, coverage, and documentation.
• Draft endorsements accurately and promptly.
• Support preparation of market- and client-facing docs.
• Maintain clean records and audit trail.
• Track multiple shipments and endorsements.
• Assist with premiums, invoicing, and collections.
• Provide progress updates and respond to queries.
• Collaborate with finance and operations.
