Job Requirements

As a Junior Maintenance Engineer Wireline, you will be troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and performing visual inspections of electronics, electro-mechanical, and hydraulic assemblies.

As a Junior Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  2. Working with predefined procedures, adhering to established work practices and quality standards, while also capable of working independently in exceptional situations.
  3. Learning to identify equipment malfunctions and perform repairs to prevent catastrophic failures.
  4. Assisting in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
  5. Identifying and communicating technical problems using logical troubleshooting techniques and providing coaching to other technicians.
  6. Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting.
  7. Contributing to the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.

Work Experience

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Having relevant industry experience with electronic equipment and sensors, with basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
  • Possessing excellent electronic soldering skills and the ability to read engineering diagrams.
  • Demonstrating good multitasking, problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
