I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join my client as a Junior Legal & Administrative Coordinator. This is a newly created position, offering an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in a regional role. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow. The role provides broad exposure across Legal, HR, and top-line Management within a dynamic and supportive international environment. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up on legal matters with external lawyers and regional partners - Monitor changes in HR-related legal and compliance regulations - Maintain and organise company documentation, such as Power of Attorneys, lease agreements, and other legal files - Provide administrative support to senior management, including assistance with travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and visa processing - Support the coordination of internal meetings, company events, and cross-functional projects
