Nationality: Any

Should have experience in Banking /Financial services.

Responsibilities Include:

• 1. To provide legal advice for all the different departments within the Company;
• 2. To review and/or draft the contract templates for the company.
• 3. To take part in transaction/agreement negotiation;
• 4. To procure the Legal Compliance respecting the local laws of UAE, and which includes but without limitation to, corporate management, labor and other issues;
• 5. To deal with and/or to manage external lawyers to deal with law suit or settlement negotiations involving the company;
• 6. To conduct legal research or to manage external lawyers to conduct legal research in various areas of law;
• 7. To conduct various legal training, or to arrange external lawyers to conduct legal training for executives, managers and employees, some of which are mandatory;
• 8. Other legal issues may be assigned by legal manager.

Skills Requirements:
2 to 3 years legal practice in UAE.
Good command of Laws of UAE;
Fluent English, both written and spoken, Arabic is added advantage.
Sound relationship with local public authorities, judicial bodies, bar association and external law firms.
