Job description

Job Objective:
Typical duties include the preparation and/or modification of landscape architectural items related to engineering calculations, plans, design, and layout, as well as project specifications, proposals, and cost estimates.

Key Accountabilities:
• Prepare and modify drawings, specifications, BOQ items, and calculations.
• Prepare and modify reports, presentations, and graphic materials.
• Attend client meetings, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections; assist with material and construction approvals.
• Prepare and update project status reports.
• Develop proposals as assigned by senior management.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 1-3 years of post-graduation work experience.
• Experience in commercial, infrastructure, and transport-related landscape projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape architecture principles, including concept design, development, tender, and contract documentation.
