Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Junior Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key modern trade accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account activity plans aligned with business unit strategy to achieve volume and margin targets.
  • Deliver annual sales and P&L targets through effective customer business planning.
  • Lead the implementation of commercial strategies with key retail partners.
  • Own the annual agreement negotiation process with assigned retailers.
  • Manage promotional budgets and ensure effective execution of trade agreements.
  • Analyze customer performance and identify growth opportunities for Arla brands.
  • Build compelling conceptual selling decks to position Arla as a category leader.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support Area Sales Managers and Account Sales Managers to drive outlet‑level execution.
  • Develop joint customer category strategies and long‑term partnerships.
  • Ensure Arla is recognized as a preferred supplier and a driver of profitable growth.
