Job Description

What you'll be doing

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing distribution, delivering net revenue and profits, and achieving brand objectives with designated distributors in Bahrain and Oman. You will lead joint business plans that create value with our partners by developing a portfolio of mass beauty brands in the market through leveraging in-store excellence, marketing, and trade marketing plans, ensuring distributor collaboration and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage the distributor organization to meet current and future business needs across the assigned region.
  2. Deliver volume, net revenue, and market share objectives in the assigned region.
  3. Define and align negotiated terms, sell-in targets, sell-out objectives, export sales, and trade spend strategies with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Drive sales performance through regular business reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
  5. Manage budgets with discipline according to company guidelines and ensure financial stewardship through trade terms.
  6. Collaborate with distributors to set monthly retail sell-in plans based on targets and seasonality.
  7. Ensure proper inventory control across distributors with clear targets for healthy year-end stock levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  2. Proven track record working with multiple distributors across the Middle East.
  3. Experience managing diverse sales channels (e.g., department stores, perfumeries, hyper/supermarkets).
  4. Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  7. Willingness and ability to travel within the GCC.
  8. Experience with mass-market makeup brands is a plus.
