Junior Java Developer (Emiratization Program)

Job Purpose:

To design, develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end web applications and platforms ensuring an optimized, responsive, and seamless user experience for our clients and stakeholders. As a Developer, you will work closely with our Senior Developer, designers, and business analysts to deliver web solutions that align with our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on codes and data as part of an application or software development process.
• Performing tasks delegated by managers.
• Maintaining records of all data and documentation.
• Performing tests and inspections.
• Coordinating with fellow developers.
• Identifying any errors or inconsistencies.
• Contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Information:

• Fresh 2 years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate in frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge with React or Angular and server-side frameworks like Django.
• Good understanding of database technologies like SQL.
• Knowledge of version control tools, preferably Git.
• Good understanding of secure and efficient coding practices.
• Responsive and mobile design principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize for best performance.
• To work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards.
• Bilingual.
