About the Role
We are seeking a Junior HR Coordinator to be based on-site with a leading construction contractor. This role is designed to streamline communication between the construction site and our recruitment office, ensuring seamless coordination of hiring processes and generating more job vacancies. While this is not a recruitment-heavy role at this stage, the coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing interviews, collecting feedback, and proactively identifying staffing needs to support both the site and our recruitment operations. This position serves as a strategic extension of our recruitment team, providing real-time insights and efficient HR coordination to enhance hiring outcomes.
MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE!
Experience: 1-3 years in an HR coordination, administration, or recruitment support role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
