Job Description
  1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  2. Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Support onboarding procedures, helping new hires acclimate to the company culture and adhere to training schedules.
  4. Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics to aid in workforce planning and decision-making.
  5. Participate in employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  6. Help in managing employee benefits administration, answering queries, and assisting with enrollment processes.
  7. Support performance evaluation processes by collecting and organizing feedback from managers and employees.
  8. Facilitate communication between employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  9. Stay updated on UAE labor laws and HR best practices, contributing ideas for process improvements within the HR function.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication/negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  7. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  8. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
