Role Overview

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR compliance within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

We\'re looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience will be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
