Job Description:

• Preparing and monitoring HR requirements.
• Maintaining all original employee documents, both hard and soft copies, in a well-organized filing system.
• Drafting HR documents such as announcements, NOCs, and verification letters for employees, and arranging for the Group HR Manager 's approval & signature
• Preparing the minutes of meeting for weekly HR meetings then submitting and presenting reports to management.
