Our client is a fast-growing interior design firm in Dubai, known for its creativity and collaborative culture. As they expand their operations, they're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
Role Overview
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support in onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters, and reports
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Candidate Profile
Were looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience will be considered)
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Experience Snapshot
- Exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employee coordination
- Internship or training program experience in an HR/admin setting will be considered
