Role Overview

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support in onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters, and reports
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies


Candidate Profile

Were looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience will be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
