Job summary

JobLeader in Dubai is seeking a Junior Florist to support the lead florist in designing and arranging floral displays for weddings, parties and corporate events. You will assist with orders, inventory, and on-site decoration while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality designs.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of flowers, and strong communication skills to work with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a florist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create various arrangements.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends depending on event schedules.

Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location

This position is located at our flower shop in Dubai. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
