Job Responsibilities

  • Gathering, validating and compiling accurate financial information from multiple internal departments and subsidiaries to ensure precision and completeness.
  • Control and ensure funds availability to run the operations and perform forecast analysis to identify future fund needs.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions of the group are properly recorded and reported.
  • Ensure related party balances are precise between the entities.
  • Maintain all legal documents of the group and subsidiaries updated as well as board resolutions for corporate changes.
  • Ensure quality control in all financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Ensure that all the data/records are updated in line with the Federal Tax Authority regulations.
  • Ensure that all movements/transfers of Inventory, assets as well as services provided are in line with Federal Tax Authority.
  • Ensure that all the records are documented and the documents are kept properly in physical and electronic format.
  • Coordinate with other departments and ensure that real-time data is available.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial information of the subsidiaries, ensuring necessary controls are in place for timely and accurate compilation of financial results.
  • Maintain banking relationships.
  • Protect organization value by keeping information confidential.
  • Manage group financial accounting, month-end closing, and controlling.
  • Responsible for month, quarterly, and year-end closing, including cost allocation and revenue recognition according to IFRS standards and UAE Tax Law.
  • Prepare records, reconciliation, and financial reporting for all aspects of accounts for ASG.
  • Ensure all intercompany transactions are identified and eliminated in respect to heads.
  • Analyze group liabilities and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor all company accounts and data to assess for discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial data and monitor internal controls.
  • Prepare business unit variance analysis and the reasons for major movements in revenue & expenses between budget, actual, and previous month performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments and identify reasons for fluctuations in trends and variances.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting for the Group including subsidiary entities.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated entries and reports as well as preparation of various sections of Group consolidated financial statements and review standalone financial statements for various subsidiaries.
  • Prepare accurate weekly cash flow reporting and liaise with banks.
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing payment plans and payment processes of the group.
  • Oversee preparation and completion of monthly consolidated management accounts in line with month-end timetable and deadlines.
  • Prepare and ensure compliance of reports and on-time submission of VAT filing, ICV, ESR Certification when necessary.
  • Prepare the Financial Statements for presentation to the Board members on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process including cash flow and tracking budgets, carrying out actual vs budgets and setting up revenue forecast files.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in managerial planning and commercial decision-making by providing appropriate financial information and undertaking related accounts administration.
  • Prepare other ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
  • Prepare consolidation of budgets, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare Financial Model and its analysis.
  • Assist on tax-related matters of the group including tax reconciliation, planning, audit, filing, and ensuring compliance of the group with country Tax Law.
  • Assist annual audit for the group and ensure all the required actions are completed on time.
