Job summary

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) in Dubai is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to supervise routine and specialized maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.

You will develop and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and work orders, ensuring operations comply with health and safety regulations and building codes. You will oversee contractors, budget resources, and review blueprints and reports to optimize facility efficiency.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance: supervise routine and specialized maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Preventive planning: develop and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and work orders.
• Compliance & safety: ensure facility operations comply with health, safety regulations and building codes.
• Project & vendor management: oversee contractors, manage facility upgrades, and handle resource budgeting.
• Technical analysis: review blueprints, technical drawings, and operational reports to optimize facility efficiency
