Job summary

Al Shirawi Group is seeking a facilities management professional in the UAE to supervise complaints related to HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and coordinate rectifications. The role covers commissioning and maintenance of chillers and package units, supervising a team, and executing planned maintenance per the PPM schedule at project sites.

• Experience in handling HVAC/EL/PL works.
• Previous experience in FM.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi and any regional language.

• IMS processes review and analysis skill

Responsibilities

• Supervise all complaints related to Air Conditioning/ Electrical/Plumbing systems and route it to the concerned person for rectifications.
• Be knowledgeable of the equipment and all the installations related to Air Conditioning covered under the scope of works for the job handled
• Should have an ability of handling client’s complaints and follow all the reporting procedures of the company in attending service calls or complaints.
• Commissioning and maintenance of various types of chillers, Package units and other HVAC and Mechanical Equipments.
• Supervise team members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct all the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) following the PPM Schedule and report accordingly to the immediate head.
• Preparation of incidents/accidents and abnormalities reports at site
• Provide suggestions for continual improvement of QHSE and operational performance
• Monitoring of operational controls and its adherence
• Providing corrective action for reported non-conformances
• Use of calibrated equipment for operations
• Conduct tool box talks and provide awareness on HSE practises
