Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements to apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in cost management or project management in the fit-out industry
3. Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Strong knowledge of construction costing, estimating techniques, and budget management
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Familiarity with industry software such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
10. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
