We’re Hiring: Junior Engineer – Satellite RF O&M
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000/month
Industry: Telecom / Satellite Communications / Broadcast / Teleport Operations

Are you a skilled Satellite RF professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Earth Station operations and maintenance?

Join our team and take charge of the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of advanced Satellite RF Earth Station systems.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and monitor RF performance, KPIs, and system benchmarks
Install and maintain Uplink/Downlink equipment for TV broadcasting & VSAT
Maintain HUB systems including Kratos Compass, Monics & LPT software
Oversee antenna operations & maintenance (monthly to yearly basis)
Ensure compliance and maintain inventory & records with TDRA

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Satellite RF O&M
Strong understanding of RF systems, teleport operations & performance enhancement
