Junior Engineer - Packages UAE Nationals Fresh Graduates

We are looking for passionate UAE National Fresh Graduates in Mechanical Engineering to join our Clients Equipment team as Junior Engineer Packages.
In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to technical equipment packages used in energy and industrial projects, working closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

• How to define technical specifications for equipment packages.
• Review vendor documents, technical proposals, and participate in design coordination.
• Basics of cost estimation, document control, and bid evaluation.
• Support to procurement, construction, and inspection teams.
• Learn how to align engineering packages with safety, quality, and performance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong interest in technical projects.
• Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work with multidisciplinary teams and engineering vendors.
