About the Role:

As aJunior Employee Relation Officer, you will support the Human Resources department in fostering a healthy, productive, and compliant work environment across all our group companies. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a strong sense of integrity, communication skills, and a desire to grow in the field of HR and employee relations.

  • Assist in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.
  • Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assist in drafting memos, policies, and communications related to employee relations.
  • Coordinate with HR and Admin teams to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Support investigations and documentation of disciplinary actions when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
