Job summary

Cubic Art Technologies L.L.C (CATEC) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support electrical installation and EV charging infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE electrical authority requirements and approvals, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and related field.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in electrical installation and infrastructure works.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Willing to travel between project sites as required.
• Flexible to work day or night shifts depending on project requirements.
• Strong site attitude, coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently while supporting the senior engineering and project team.
• UAE construction/site experience is preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Job Description

• Strong knowledge of UAE electrical authority requirements andapproval procedures is mandatory.
  
• Must have a strong working knowledge of TAQA/ADDC requirements,including electrical infrastructure, submissions, inspections,approvals, and energization requirements.
  
• Familiarity with other UAE authorities such as DEWA, SEWA, andFEWA is an advantage.
