Job summary

Cubic Art Technologies L.L.C (CATEC) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to contribute to EV charging infrastructure projects. The role requires understanding UAE authority requirements, coordination with authorities and teams, and support across inspections, testing, and handover.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ experience in electrical installation, a مرتبط degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years practical experience in electrical installation and infrastructure.
• Proficient English, written and verbal.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Willing to travel between project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Understand UAE electrical authority requirements and approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review drawings and load schedules; read SLDs and shop drawings.
• Assist in site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare material submittals and inspection requests.
