Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking an Entry Level Construction Manager in Ajman to join our growing team. You will assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.

You will monitor progress, conduct site visits, and communicate with clients and engineers to address issues, while maintaining complete project records and upholding safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in construction (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning: schedules, cost estimates, and resources.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely materials.
• Monitor progress and adjust to meet timelines.
• Conduct site visits to oversee work and address issues.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and officials.
