Avanta Works is seeking an Entry Level Construction Manager in Ajman to join our growing team. You will assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.

You will monitor progress, conduct site visits, and communicate with clients and engineers to address issues, while maintaining complete project records and upholding safety standards on site.

Qualifications

Entry Level Construction Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our construction team as an Entry Level Construction Manager. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry and develop their project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, including creating schedules, estimating costs, and determining resource needs
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines are met
• Conduct site visits to oversee work being done and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the construction process
• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure that all workers on site are following proper safety protocols

Requirements
