Review and resolve commission disputes
Recalculate commissions and validate adjustments for accuracy
Process new hires and terminations and ensure alignment with reports
Audit commission data, rep profiles, compensation plans, and goal uploads
Assist in reviewing commission calculations and investigating discrepancies
Partner with Sales Ops and management to ensure clean data and compliance
