We are seeking a multifaceted Junior Commercial Counsel to support the growth of Vista’s diverse products and brands, including VistaJet and XO. The ideal candidate will embody Vista’s entrepreneurial spirit, possess a proactive attitude, and be eager to develop their skills as an in-house lawyer.

Your Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial legal agreements such as charter and flight service contracts, loyalty and referral programs, marketing and publicity agreements, website and app terms and conditions, licenses, leases, vendor contracts, SLAs, MSAs, NDAs.
- Negotiate agreements directly with third parties, including clients and their counsel.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and business objectives.
- Provide pragmatic legal support and advice to a global business team.
- Lead cross-departmental projects from inception to implementation.
- Assist with the global litigation portfolio, including investigations, legal notices, cease & desist letters, e-discovery, mediations, settlements, and releases.
- Maintain the company's document, template, and contract repositories.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor legal developments, conduct legal research, and advise stakeholders accordingly.
- Support various projects across departments such as HR, Tax, Aircraft Maintenance, and Operations as needed.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Qualifications
- Based in Dubai and willing to work in a hybrid setting (office and remote).
- Standard working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM to ensure overlap with UK and US teams.
- Qualified attorney admitted to practice law in Dubai.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, including law firm experience.
- Proven contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with a proactive approach.
- Empathetic, personable, and humorous.
- Can handle small projects independently.
- Process-oriented yet adaptable to new challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining legal matters to non-legal audiences.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- Responsive to work requests outside standard hours, especially during peak periods.
- Flexible with occasional evening meetings across time zones.
- Collaborative team player.
- Proficient with MS Office and business tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of English and New York consumer and commercial laws.
- Experience working with sales teams.
- Experience in international companies or with clients in the Middle East.
- Interest or background in aviation, luxury, and travel industries.
- Exposure to litigation, corporate law, consumer law, and employment law, either during training or professionally.
