Job summary

Vrinda Global in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a laboratory technician to conduct testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products, and to assist in developing and improving construction chemical and dry mix formulations. You will perform quality checks on tile adhesives, wall putty, grouts, waterproofing compounds, and repair mortars.

Additionally, you will maintain records, identify quality deviations, support production trials and new product development, and ensure compliance

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Assist in the development, testing, and improvement of construction chemical and dry mix formulations.
• Perform quality checks on products such as tile adhesives, wall putty, grouts, waterproofing compounds, and repair mortars.
• Conduct relevant tests for pH, viscosity, consistency, setting time, workability, adhesion, bonding strength, and other product-specific parameters.
• Support dry mix product testing, including water demand, open time, pot life, and compressive strength, as applicable.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, testing records, formulation sheets, and quality reports.
• Identify quality deviations and assist in troubleshooting product-related issues.
• Support production trials, batch validation, and new product development activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, testing procedures, and laboratory safety practices.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain consistent product quality.
