What you'll do:

  • Manage vendor selection and develop strong vendor partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and evaluate competition, attending major markets as feasible.
  • Perform weekly stock and sales analysis to ensure brand performance aligns with sales plans.
  • Review deliveries to meet sales targets, profitability, and stock levels.
  • Analyze product and pricing data to inform pricing strategies and manage budgets.
  • Negotiate with global suppliers to achieve target margins and favorable terms.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform buying decisions and product performance.
  • Coach and inspire junior team members.
  • Identify strong and weak selling items, reporting insights and improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Build relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and favorable credit terms.
  • Ensure stock replenishment is timely and accurate.
  • Maximize sales and margins, understanding product price positioning and design impact on costs.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Exposure to eCommerce industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and critical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams.
