Ventures ONSITE, a product by Ventures Middle East, is a subscription-based platform used as a business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, ongoing, and future construction projects.
The primary responsibility of the Junior Business Development role is to sell the MEA Construction Projects Database to the construction industry and to meet or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure your territory achieves or exceeds the required quota.
- Independently develop processes to obtain leads through sourcing opportunities and work closely with company partners to leverage prospects/clients.
- Contact potential clients to assess their needs and demonstrate how our products can meet or exceed these needs.
- Maintain professional communication in written form.
- Develop and submit comprehensive proposals for potential clients. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts.
- Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company participates to promote our products and services.
- Ensure the company's image and its products and services are presented professionally to clients and prospects.
- Assist the Account Manager with sales and marketing activities.
- Assist the Research Team in collecting information for product improvement if needed.
