Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to onboard a Junior Business Analyst who will collaborate with founders and senior leadership on high-impact commercial, operational and strategic projects. You will analyze performance, build financial models and present clear recommendations to executives.

The role requires 2–4 years in consulting, strong English, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Big Four or middle-tier consulting, specifically within Strategy or Operations practices
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience at Analyst, Associate or Consultant level
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or another relevant quantitative field
• Strong financial modelling capabilities, including P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback analysis
• Strong understanding of subscription business metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, LTV, retention and cohort analysis
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH and sensitivity tables
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working with uncensored / NSFW AI products

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Independently prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate findings clearly
• Work closely with founders, senior leadership and operational stakeholders on business-critical initiatives
