Land Sterling Properties is seeking a Junior Building Surveyor in Dubai to evaluate and manage various aspects of building projects while ensuring compliance with RICS, RERA, DM, and quality standards. The role requires expertise in building condition surveys, technical due diligence, and client interaction to contribute to the successful execution of building projects.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying or a related field, along with relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building surveying.
• RICS or similar professional accreditation highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of building construction materials and techniques.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools used in building surveying.
• Familiarity with local real estate market and regulations in Dubai is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough building condition surveys of properties and assets.
• Oversee building renovation and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
• Perform technical due diligence assessments and deliver insightful reports.
