Job summary

Designsmith Interior Works LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Land Surveyor to support high-rise building projects. You will establish survey control, set out grids and structural elements, verify levels and coordinates, and ensure accuracy to drawings and specs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in land surveying, GCC/UAE experience preferred, and proficiency with Total Station, GNSS, and Civil 3D. On-site role with strong health and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years as a Land Surveyor, with high-rise project exposure.
• GCC/UAE construction experience preferred.
• Experience in structural, architectural, and MEP setting-out.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain survey control points and reference marks.
• Set out building grids, foundations, walls, and structural elements per drawings.
• Verify levels, coordinates, and elevations before construction.
• Carry out as-built surveys and prepare accurate drawings.
