Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Brand Manager to join our Brand Build Team based in Dubai. This role will focus on supporting and growing our Red Categories, which include our flagship products such as Heinz Ketchup and other tomato-based offerings across the Middle East & South Africa regions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing brand innovations, campaigns, and business decisions that drive market share and brand equity in the region.

What you'll do:

  • Product Innovation: Assist in the launch of new products within the Red Categories, ensuring they meet consumer needs & are successfully launched across multiple markets.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop a 360-marketing campaign tool kit (ATL & BTL).
  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand/Category growth. Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions & support strategy development.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams such as R&D, factory, legal, regulatory, finance, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure detailed execution of brand initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategy: Support in the development of Red categories 3YP strategies.
  • Agency Management: Liaise with external agencies to develop assets and campaigns big ideas that effectively communicate brand messages with the target audience.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges & creatively solve them.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of innovations & campaigns.

What you'll bring:

  • Native Arabic & fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, working with numbers, and insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and results focus.
  • Technical skills: Experience in Microsoft Excel (data analysis & pivot tables, reporting) and Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, storytelling & visualization).
  • Valid UAE residence visa.
