Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Arabic-speaking ability would be appreciated.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work professionally at client locations.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE as required by assignments.
• A valid UAE driving licence and own car would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS and ISA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• External audit fieldwork and substantive testing.
• Preparing audit working papers and documenting audit evidence.
• Reviewing trial balances, general ledgers and supporting documents.
• Bank, receivable and payable confirmations.
• Inventory counts and other verification procedures.
• Financial statement preparation and review.
• Client communication and follow-up.
• Maintaining audit documentation using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
