Role & Responsibilities

Job Title: Junior Account Associate


Job Description:

Minimum 0-6 years experience in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory verification, bank account reconciliation, passing of supplier invoices, managing supplier payments, reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable ledgers, etc. in medium size manufacturing company.

As Jr Account Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal team. Need to working on SAP S/4 or SAP S/4 Hanna must be able to work independently under limited supervision and complete monthly closing within the cutoff dates.


Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in B.Com or M.Com Inter CA from a good university with 0-6 years experiences.

Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Annual Package Calculation:

Annual Salary in hand AED 30,000 + AED 7,500 (minimum 1 and maximum 3 incentive based on performance) + AED 2,500 (annual leave) = AED 40,000/Annual INR 23.47 = 9,38,747 Annual Package

  4. Medical: You will be provided free basic medical treatment for yourself as per Company policy.
  5. Annual Leave: You will be given 30 days paid leave for each completed year of service subject to your confirmation to services on completion of probation period.
  6. Increments: You will be eligible for annual salary increment on completion of minimum 9 months of service at the close of the Companys financial year.
  7. Gratuity: You will be eligible for Gratuity on completion of 5 years of continuous service.
  8. Contract Period: First and each subsequent contract will be valid for the 2 years period from residence visa stamping date which can be further renewed with mutual discussion and agreement.
  9. Probation Period: You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining/reporting.
  10. Weekly off & Holidays: Weekly off will be on Sunday and other public holidays as per Company policy.
