Junior Accountant-Male

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with experience in real estate to join our team in Dubai. This is an Admin cum Accounting position ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and capable of managing both financial records and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally
• Prepare and manage tenancy contracts and related documentation
• Handle filing, record-keeping, and general administrative support
• Execute Excel-based reports, including use of formulas (VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, etc.)
• Draft and respond to professional emails
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
• Liaise with clients and tenants, providing clear communication and support

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Proven real estate accounting or administration experience in the UAE
• Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong email communication and documentation skills
• Currently residing in Dubai
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience with tenancy management systems is a plus
