Job summary

SEGULA Technologies seeks an experienced Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our Finance Department in the UAE. The role focuses on daily accounting operations, accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and IFRS compliance.

You will work with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP or Oracle Financials, support external audits, and ensure IFRS 16 lease accounting is properly applied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, SAP, Oracle Financials).

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.

Responsibilities include verifying and recording financial transactions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and IFRS 16 lease accounting, updating corresponding entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting external audits.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
