Qualifications:

- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions, maintaining the general and subsidiary ledgers, reconciling bank and account statements, and preparing supporting documents for audits.
- Process vendor invoices and payments, match purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes, track customer payments, send overdue reminders, and maintain accurate aging reports.
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, assist in variance analysis, and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, maintain organized financial records, and support tax filing and statutory compliance.
- Collect data for budget preparation, update financial models or spreadsheets, and provide inputs for expense tracking.
- Participate in internal audits and inventory counts, and support documentation and coordination for external audit processes.
