Job description

Most of your time will be spent positioning the value of our product with stakeholders through demos, email, and phone. There is a reason we call you a trusted advisor—this role is less about the hard sell and more about having the product knowledge, passion, and people skills to help the prospect make the best decision for their needs.

Effectively manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities, as well as reaching out to your own list of leads, to consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for our customers.

Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your demos based on the prospect's company size, industry, and desired customer support experience.

Proactively report learnings and valuable feedback to the product team to help improve the product and prioritize the right projects.

Develop a deep knowledge of our evolving product and understand its nuances to support prospects effectively.

Responsible for hitting sales metrics, providing timely and accurate forecasts, and ensuring clear visibility into revenue performance.

What You'll Do:
  • Spend most of your time positioning the value of our product with stakeholders through demos, email, and phone. Your role is more about advising than hard selling—using your product knowledge, passion, and people skills to help prospects decide.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities and proactively reach out to your leads to generate revenue and ROI.
  • Assess prospect use cases and customize demos based on company size, industry, and support needs.
  • Report insights and feedback to the product team to guide improvements and project prioritization.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and its applications to support prospects effectively.
  • Meet sales targets, deliver accurate forecasts, and maintain transparency on revenue metrics.
What We Love About You:
  • You are a top performer with 2+ years of inside sales experience closing net new logos, with SaaS experience a must.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
  • You are naturally curious and quick to learn new skills and knowledge.
  • You enjoy using consultative sales strategies in a dynamic, competitive market.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • You have experience tracking sales activities and reporting in CRM software (HubSpot preferred but not required).
