As part of our growing team, you will work alongside industry experts, develop key client relationships, and gain valuable insights into the fast-paced world of marketing and branding.

About the job
  • Report directly to the Account Manager(s).
  • Handle daily tasks for assigned accounts, ensuring all client inquiries are promptly addressed.
  • Assist in setting up & coordinating projects in Avaza, maintaining timelines, and managing calendars to support Account Managers.
  • Set up new project spaces in Google Workspaces and invite relevant team members, maintaining a clean project repository.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes during client meetings, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
  • Assist and support the Account Manager with populating and updating the global resource sheet for project resource requests.
  • Support the Account Manager in creating, updating, and delivering weekly status reports for all projects and campaigns to client stakeholders.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with client objectives, ensuring all materials meet agency standards.
  • Gather data and compile campaign reports, providing insights on performance metrics and trends to Account Managers.
  • Assist the Account Manager in completing project briefs for internal teams.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support client strategy development.
  • Manage and organise project assets within GDrive, following company SOPs for easy access for internal teams and clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends, supporting strategic client conversations.
  • Take responsibility for managing assigned accounts under the guidance of an Account Manager, building foundational skills in account management.
  • Ensure timesheets are logged accurately and properly on a daily basis, following the timesheet policy workflow.
